Our Story

Olivia and Henry met at a summer garden party in Oxford — introduced by mutual friends who had spent months quietly orchestrating their first meeting. They talked all evening about travel, architecture, and their shared love of the English countryside, completely oblivious to everyone else around them.

What followed was three years of long weekends in the Cotswolds, slow Sunday mornings and shared adventures across Britain and Europe. When Henry suggested a quiet getaway to Barnsley House, Olivia thought it was simply another perfect escape. He had other plans — in the walled garden on a golden June afternoon, he got down on one knee and asked the question she already knew the answer to.
